A note from the manager

Scratch-cooking really helps! We make just about every element that hits your plate from raw ingredients right here in-house. Because of that - we know (literally) every single thing that’s in there. So just ask!

Our commitment to real, honest scratch-cooking means we prepare everything without any “restaurant industry tricks”. There are no binders, fillers, or other “weird BS” in any of our food. So that means - even if you have an allergy concern - you may be able to enjoy menu items you’ve had your eye on - but would probably need to avoid at other restaurants. (And we hope you do!)

Inside the restaurant, please ask your server. If they’re not sure - they will get a manager to help!

“Kid’s Menu”

A note from the manager

Most restaurant “kid’s menus” are filled with pre-made, frozen garbage that’s loaded up with all kinds of binders, fillers, preservatives and other wild stuff that we don’t put in any of our food. We don’t believe in serving that stuff to any of our guests - especially kids. We make real food here.

J.J. Ratigan Brewing Co. is a family-friendly restaurant - and while we do not have a printed “Kid’s Menu” - we can make kid-friendly versions of a lot of items you see on the menu! Nachos, pierogies and hummus are very popular with kids - and yes - you can ask your server for “plain” versions all of those things! Kid’s also love sandwiches and BBQ meats! We can also make plain grilled cheese sandwiches for kids and we usually have chicken tenders as well.
