If you requested hosting an event, one of our event planners will reach out to you!

If you requested gift cards:

• they are processed by hand 1x per week and they are processed in date-of-event order

• gift cards are not ready for pick-up until you get a notification from us

• we will be looking to receive a “thank you” letter including non-profit tax information before or at the time of pick-up

• we recommend that you AVOID picking up during high volume times (like between 6 and 8pm, or on holidays)
